Its predecessor was Tianjin Metallurgical Group Flourish Steel Industry Co., Ltd. With a long history of 60 years, it is currently one of the enterprises under the Delong Iron and Steel Group, which ranks among the world's top 500. The company is located in Jinghai Economic Development Zone, Tianjin, covering an area of 800,000 square meters.In China, Tianjin NTS Flourish Co., Ltd. ranks first in the market share of prestressed steel strands. In 2025, the sales volume of prestressed steel strands reached 516,000 tons; among which, the export volume was more than 100,000 tons, and it has been exported to more than 20 countries and regions successively.

It possesses a team of specialized testing personnel in the fields of mechanics, chemistry, material physics, and metrology, with its testing capabilities ranking among the industry's leading levels. The company is outfitted with a range of high-tonnage mechanical testing equipment, including 10T, 30T, 60T, 100T, and 200T tensile testing machines; 30T and 100T fatigue testing machines; a 50T high-temperature testing machine; 30T and 100T relaxation testing machines; 30T and 100T deviated tensile testing machines; and 10T, 30T, and 100T stress corrosion testing machines. Additionally, it houses over 100 units of testing and analysis instruments, such as scanning electron microscopes, direct-reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, and digital display hardness testers. -

(formerly known as Tianjin Metallurgical Group Zhongxing Shengda Steel Industry Co., Ltd.) has a registered capital of 2.677 billion yuan and covers an area of 800,000 square meters. In February 2019, the company was restructured into a mixed-ownership enterprise and became a subsidiary of the Fortune Global 500 company "Shanghai Delong Steel Group". The company is the birthplace of China's first steel strand and is the world's largest producer of prestressed steel strands, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons. -
